Located 60 km south of the Tunisian Metropolis of Tunis, Citrus Golf is committed to high-quality golf and service. The blue Mediterranean and yellow, sandy beaches meet in the small, beautiful Bay of Hammamet, one of Tunisia’s main tourism attractions, where the harbour borders the old city that dates back to the 15th Century. A citadel (Kasbah) towers over the historical old city and spectacular orange, tangerine, and lemon groves have made the region famous.

Only a few hundred metres from the city plateaus are dissected into steep hills, and a lush green coastal landscape contrasts the desert behind the coast. Spread over an area of 173 hectares featuring 6 lakes, a lot of forest and olive groves, you will find a golf course, which does not compare with any other golf course in Tunisia.

The American architect Ronald Fream has worked magic and embedded two golf courses in the hills overlooking the Mediterranean that can be described by no other word than “ultimate” – and are living up to it. The 18-hole Champion Les Oliviers, 6106 m, par 72, meanders across a plateau area, where thousands of olives in front of the blue Mediterranean provide a unique picture and promises a comfortable round of golf. The sister course, La Foret (the forest) features 18 holes, 6066 m, par 72, and demands technical skill and perfection from hole 1, an ascending par 4 to hole 18 (395 m, par 4) where a drive of around 200 m must be hit across a lake. The “Forest” of Citrus is a challenge but promises unforgettable golf experiences.

Clubhouse and practice facilities are first-class and feature a 9-hole executive course, a driving range with 120 tee boxes as well as pitching and putting greens. Citrus Golf features a luxurious club house that offers rental golf carts, trolleys, caddies and equipment.
