There are many attractive golf facilities at Portugal’s Algarve, but this course deserves to be especially mentioned. The fairways with its old trees stretch along the dunes through the steep coast of the Maia Praia area. Palmares features two very different courses – dunes and park – coast and inland – a perfect combination.

It is an unforgettable experience to play this course. You are overwhelmed by the views from each and every green or tee. The Palmares Golf Course, measuring 5931 m, par 71, is not very long, but calls for mental strength and technical perfection. Practice facilities such as driving range, pitching and putting greens match the high quality of the golf course in every way.

Enjoy the hospitality of the club house and its restaurant, where you cannot get enough of the view from the terrace. The service of the ProShop is legendary. Golf carts are recommended and always available.

There are signs of a long and good tradition of Palmares Golf everywhere. In the very near future, Palmares will be developed into a real golf resort.
