Yasmine Golf Hammamet

One of the most beautiful and – perhaps – best golf courses in Tunisia,

the Yasmine Golf Club Hammamet was already established in 1991. Located in the hills overlooking Hammamet, Yasmine Golf was the first club to be established and was followed by its sister course, Citrus Golf, years later. Yasmine offers high quality and hospitality – and makes golf enthusiasts from all over the world feel at home.

Skilfully engineered by renowned Californian golf architect Ronald Fream, who has also created numerous champions in North Africa, this championship course (18 holes, 6162 m, par 72) celebrates a wonderful, lush vegetation in a hilly countryside – an aesthetically pleasing course paying tribute to the original landscape and delivering both challenge and a unique experience to all golfers

Golfers will surely appreciate the vast tee-boxes, wide fairways and extremely big greens. You may go for a nice walk on this course – but it is not exactly going to be a stroll in the park. The first hole, a difficult opening hole (par 5, 528 m) with a water hazard will see to that. Also holes 8 and 9 feature challenging water hazards. Mort is blown at hole no. 17 (par 5, 462 m) and hole no. 18 (par 4, 389m), where the most difficult and third most difficult hole await you at the end of the round. Mental strength and technical perfection is needed to master very well positioned bunkers, water hazards, and very fast, slightly rolling greens. Yasmine is friendly, challenging, but fair – which is exactly what most golfers are looking for. The course and its excellent practice facilities featuring a 9-hole executive course, a driving range as well as pitching and putting greens are maintained in the best possible condition. Clubs may be repaired or rented, and rental carts, trolleys and caddies are also available. Those preferring the somewhat bigger ball (football) may look forward to a veritable football field on the Yasmine area.

Beautifully located on a hilly site above the golf course, the clubhouse features a restaurant with a terrace that offers spectacular views of the entire golf course.
